2021年12月3日に開催されたKAS日本事務所主催のウェビナー「日本の女性:現在の役割と期待」では、日本における女性の現状について、女性が抱える仕事と家事育児の二重負担や、女性活躍政策として女性の両立支援が結果としてマミー・トラックへと追いやっていたことが専門家から指摘され、「優しさ(両立支援)」より「やりがい(正当な評価)が欲しい」という現場の声が紹介されました。
女性就業者の増加によって組織だけではなく日本経済全体が活性化されていくという意味の造語「ウーマノミクス」が1999年に提唱されてから23年が経ち、また、2012年12月に発足した第二次安倍政権の政策「アベノミクス」の政策の一つとしてウーマノミクスが唱えられてから10年が経とうとしていますが、特に女性管理職率は10%台と世界的にも低い値であり、経済分野における日本の女性が抱える問題 を示しています。
先のウェビナーではコロナ禍におけるリモートワークにより、男性が家事の量に気づいたり、女性がフルタイム勤務に戻したりするなどのポジティブな変化も指摘されていますが、日本の女性労働政策はどこへ向かっていくのでしょうか。
このウェビナーの目的は、諸外国がどのように女性をビジネス分野のリーダーとして登用しているのかを理解することであり、歴史的に日本と性別役割分担の考え方が似ており、日本よりもジェンダー状況が進んでいるドイツに焦点を当てます。ドイツはEU諸国のなかでは女性の活躍が遅れているものの近年状況の改善に取り組んで成果を上げており、ドイツの状況を学ぶことで日本にとって現実的な「次の一歩」を学ぶことができると考えます。また、このウェビナーでは日本社会のジェンダー状況の変化を促進するための政策提言の可能性について議論します。

For this virtual event, the video conference program "Zoom" will be used. “Zoom" is a service of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., based in the USA.
For participation, it is necessary to register with your real name on Zoom. In order to conduct this
online event, Zoom will process your data.
Processed data includes your full name as well as the following information provided by you, e.g.:
- Phone number, if you use your phone for participation, or
